Saturday, June 22: Service & Potluck

We can't wait to celebrate the cultures that make up our family! We invite you to wear traditional clothing from your home country. 

Flag Bearers: If you have signed up to carry a flag, please report to the choir room (upper west wing of main building) by 8:15 and 11:00 before each service. 

Potluck: We will have a potluck in the Warehouse at 1:00 p.m. Please bring  dishes from your country of origin and enough food for your party in disposable containers only. We will not be able to locate or wash any non-disposable containers. 

Drop-Off: You may drop off your dishes behind the Warehouse (follow the road behind the Youth Center) starting at 9:00 a.m. If warm, please use aluminum half-sheet pans (12.75IN X 10.375IN X 2.562IN.) Serving utensils & drinks will be provided. This will allow us to serve food in a much more sanitary manner.

PRAYERS FOR STUDENTS

Do you have a passion for the spiritual lives of our students? High school can be a time of tremendous growth, but also anxiety. Every Wednesday, we write personalized notes (and add a cookie!)  to the high school students in our church to let them know they are loved, valued, and prayed for. Join us at 8:15 in the Connection Center off the main lobby to help. If you have a student who does not attend FLA that you would like us to send a note to, please contact Christina Algeo at calgeo79@gmail.com.

BIBLES for Local Inmates — We are collecting Bibles to share with inmates at the Orange County jail. If you have any lightly used or new Bibles please place them in the Container provided in the church lobby Connections Room. Preferred Bibles would have soft covers, newer versions such as NIV or NKJV, and larger size print. Thank you for your faithful support of the Prison Ministries activities.
