A Celebration of Life will be held for Paul Viar on Sabbath, October 8th at 3:00 at WholeLife Church located at 2800 N. Orange Ave., Orlando FL 32804. Paul taught for 24 years at Forest Lake Academy and was a professor at AdventHealth University of Health Sciences for another 23 years.

DIVORCECARE

This 13-week group meets on Tuesday evening 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm via Zoom starting September 6. It is open to anyone who is separated, going through a divorce, or who has survived a divorce. AGAPE FEAST

Please join us for our fall Communion and Agape Feast Friday evening, September 23 at 6:30 pm. This is our first Agape Feast in four years and we are excitedly preparing for a wonderfully spiritual, candlelit evening.  We will begin with foot washing in Sabbath School rooms 3, 4 and 6. (Please enter via the East lobby doors.) Worship, food, and fellowship to follow in the main lobby. There will be no stairs to navigate! All are welcome.

Engage with some of our youth, young adults, and ladies of our church as they share wisdom on hair, skin, nails, make up, style, personality, and learning styles. SERVING SABBATH

Hands & Feet Ministries invites you to join us for a campus wide Community Service Day serving alongside your church family! Please sign up for the location where you would like to serve. There are serving opportunities on our campus as well as in the community. Please only sign up for one location. There will be a short worship at 8:30 am in the sanctuary for those that are able to attend.  Please note: regular church services and Sabbath School classes will be canceled.  Lunch will be provided in the church lobby at 1:00 pm.

PRISON MINISTRY

We are collecting Bibles to take to the local jail.  If you have any lightly used or new  Bibles to share with inmates, please leave in the church lobby Connections room.  There is a collection box provided there to deposit the Bibles.  The newer translations and larger print is preferred reading.  New “Reading” glasses are appreciated as well.  We are also planning for the Holiday time and collecting money for items to go into the Christmas Gift bags for inmates.  Please mark any donations for “Local” prison ministry.  Thank you for your faithful support of the Prison Ministries activities.
